Mirrors triton PR #1064 (antrapol#117/#957). TRITON_LOG_DEBUG already existed as a global debug-logging toggle but was undocumented here, matching the issue's own grep evidence that it couldn't be found.

Superseded by #30, now merged — its full-file env.template sync already included this exact TRITON_LOG_DEBUG documentation block (verified: diffing this branch against current main shows the block no longer differs at all). Closing.
