Mirror the source-of-truth update from primatekuntech/triton@HEAD: the Manage Server image now lives at forgejo.primatekun.tech/primatekuntech/triton-manage-server (not the legacy ghcr.io/primatekuntech/triton-manageserver). Updates the distribution copy of compose.yaml, env.template, upgrade.sh plus the example URLs in get.sh and README.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
